2022 Orange Sellers

My wife and I saw the Geronsins “Sold” sale sign in our local neighborhood. We contacted the firm after reviewing their current sale details as well as their past records. Their firms prompt response and knowledge of the local market impressed us.
In a short time after meeting with Carole and George, Geronsins principles, the sale strategy for our home was set. This included listening to our needs and reviewing our expectations. A plan was developed and their personnel attended to most details including staging, open house, and sale documentation management. Any issues of repairs or aesthetics were addressed through their help and resolved with minimal effort on our part.
My wife and I know that after our successful sale had been concluded that we would still have a friend for life with Carole.
