We met with a couple agents and were most impressed by Carole Geronsin and her history of success. Carole did a great job of steering us away from improvements with no return on investment and provided appropriate recommendations for marketing our house. After 25 years in our home, some of the recommendations were emotionally challenging to accept but ultimately proved to be effective. Our house sold in half the amount of time for the average number of days on market as compared to other homes in our area.
